Sensei
Ronald Shin
Sensei Ron holds the rank of Sandan (3nd degree
black belt) in the Heiwado style, and teaches classes at the Montevallo Dojo
in both Karate and Kobudo. He also serves as the webmaster for
the organization. Sensei Ron has been training in the martial
arts for over 20 years, with experience in Shuri Ryu Karate, Shotokan Karate,
and Tae Kwon Do, and has been with the Japan International Karate-Do Federation
ever since 2004, where he began his training with Sensei Don Jackson. Ranking history with JIKF: Awarded the rank of Shodan
in 2004. Awarded the rank of Nidan
in 2006. Awarded the title of Sensei in 2006. Awarded the rank of Sandan
